Tati at first glance is a prime habitable world. Right temperature, size, lots of water and an atmosphere rich in oxygen. Unfortunately, it is also rich in chemicals toxic to over 95% of galactic races. Since the atmosphere isn't breathable to begin with, corporations have built large manufacturing complexes to take advantage of that. Water for cooling and an atmosphere that is breathable after filtration makes it better than an orbital complex. Food from Hava and materials from the Mindua Belt and Kasha supply the industries on Tati. Locals live in arcologies connected to the industrial complexes and ports by high-speed rail systems.
Massive starports handle the traffic of incoming supplies and outgoing manufactured goods.
