Again, there is very little about how fast ships are in normal space. There is a chart which shows fighters and the Millenium Falcon with a speed in MGLTs or "Mega-Lights" but no one can make sense of it other than how the ships compare to each other. We have all kinds of speed ratings in various places giving us relative speeds but no absolute accelerations, except for some of the Prequel series Visual Guides which give us accelerations in hundreds of Gees. Slave One is listed as 2,500g, and has a space speed of 7 in SWd62ed. The Jedi Interceptor from Ep. 3 has space speed 13, and 5,200g. So, 3 to 400g per game space speed based on those two examples. That seems ridiculous.
I watched a bunch of Star Wars shows where we see ships take off or come out of hyperdrive and head to planets and used a Solar System mapper to try to estimate, based on the planets' sizes on screen, how far away they were. Using the original movies as the primary guide (because I feel recent movies and shows play with the "rules" too much), I am estimating the hyperdrive limit for an Earth sized planet is about 50,000 kilometers (TOTAL guesswork!!) and fairly fast ships take about 5 minutes or less. So, plugging that into my speed calculator gives me an acceleration of about 60g per space speed number, BUT, since ships in Star Wars ignore a lot of inertia related physics, they don't have to do a turnover and slow down like in reality and hard science fiction such as the Traveller RPG or the Expanse setting.
If we don't have to slow down at the end, the Millenium Falcon can go from Earth to Mars at close approach (55 million kilometers) in about 90 minutes. The ship would be going less than one percent of the speed of light. Getting up to 10% light speed would take 17 hours. And the ship would be outside the system, something like 58 AU or twice as far as Neptune from the Sun.
In conclusion, interplanetary travel takes hours in Star Wars, and the ships might reach a couple percent of light speed on the way. You can travel faster between stars in hyperdrive than you can between planets on sub-light drives.
