Council Members
Head Councilor- Leena Kordall. Landowner. Human female, age 62. Leena is supposedly descended from some of the original colonists and her family is respected by the locals as the closest thing to royalty their world has. Her family owns the largest farms and has minority shares in most major businesses on planet.
Councilors
Dr. Kom Vida- Landowner and doctor, works as head of the capital hospital, the only real medical facility on planet. Male Twi'lek, age 48. Patient and level-headed, Kom considers himself above petty disputes and is the voice of reason when council meetings become heated. He is a member of the most successful Twi'lek family on Phroda, and they use him as their representative to the council. Kom was educated offworld and returned home after years of practice to bring back his experience.
Gar Tillis- Landowner. Human male, age 55. A recent arrival on Phroda, he purchased a large piece of land and began developing it. He brought a large number of followers and is always accompanied by a small entourage, including a couple of hardened individuals who appear to be veteran bodyguards. While they do not violate any of Phroda's laws, Gar's people are always armed. He is of average height, but somewhat overweight with receding brown hair and a flamboyant mustache. He has a somewhat jolly personality and never seems offended or put off by comments or events. He is not trusted by most and there is widespread speculation he is a retired crime lord. One of his most frequently seen assistants is a young, dark haired human woman named Ciiri Nightstalker.
Myna Dyvand- Mayor of capital city Ventra. Human female, age 52. Above average height, tightly braided grey hair with short ponytail, she is still very fit and jogs three kilometers every morning, rain or shine. She has a distinctly military manner and says she served the Republic law enforcement in her youth but is closed mouthed about her career. Myna always has a pistol and a stun baton as her position puts her in charge of the capital police. She is openly distrustful of Gar Tillis and is annoyed that her disdain rolls off him.
Owen Berend- Mine owner. Human male, age 60. His family founded the few productive mines on planet and Owen is one of the wealthiest people on Phroda. He has a keen financial mind and serves as planetary treasurer. He does not flaunt his wealth and dresses casually in all but the most formal situations. Tall, with shoulder length grey hair and goatee.
Jae Nian- Fishing fleet owner, male Sullustan, age 57. Jae is the head of the company that operates a fleet of fishing ships on Phroda's largest sea.
Government Officials
Dreata Reeven- Spaceport Administrator, male Rodian, age 45. A former freighter captain, he oversees the port and the system's few patrol vessels.
Sha Dvida- Spaceport Engineer, female Twi'lek, age 36. A stunning, short green skinned Twi'lek, Sha is a master engineer and enjoys working on anything that comes through the port. She has a gift for diagnosis of ship problems, and her team of hard-bitten mechanics worship her. She only wears stained work coveralls which do little to cover her good looks, but she finds a heavy wrench to the crotch drives off unwanted interest.
Tala "Damnit" Horne- Ship's Engineer, Corellian human female, age 34. Average height with long blonde hair in a braid. Almost always seems to have a grease smudge somewhere. Tala was a Rebel and retired after the Battle of Endor. The nickname? Listen to her work for a while… "Damnit, the port power coupling is depolarized! I'll fix it."
Tycho Dara- Police Marshall, human male, age 47. Tycho is a local of Corellian descent. With only a few large towns on Phroda, most planetary law enforcement is handled by roving officers who cover large territories. Marshall Dara is the head of the planetary police, reporting directly to the council. Tall, bald, and thin, he is perpetually weathered looking from his days on patrol. The very model of a frontier lawman.
Val Berand- Patrol captain, human male, age 35. Val is the captain of the Lovely Lilla, an old IPV-1 Patrol ship. Val was a conscripted Imperial spacer, but defected during the Rebellion and returned home after the fall of the Empire. Short, stocky, blond hair. He has an extreme dislike of Imperials.
Na Uusind- Patrol captain, Sullustan female, age 37. Na is the captain of the other IPV-1 patrol ship, Phrodan Princess, and second in command of the patrol. She has a prosthetic left arm, courtesy of a losing battle during the Rebellion.
