Commander Lopkan

Lopkan was born and raised in Karkarham and has always wanted to be a cloudship sailor. He served for a short time in the Karkarham patrol, but wanted more adventure. He quit the city's naval service and got a berth as a trimsman and later helmsman on a privateer. When Captain Harper came to town recruiting for his ship, Lopkan applied and was accepted as the HMS Menace's executive officer.

Lopkan is a canal martian of average height and build, totally average to look at. Where he truly stands out is his personality; calm, unflappable with a strong aura of leadership, he is a steady rock in the chaos of battle.
