Lavisar Courier

The Lavisar Courier is an updated Defender class light corvette. Her hyperdrive speed has been increased to x1, a second lifepod installed and reinforced docking points added to her upper hull to accept a pair of Aethersprite Delta-7 starfighters riding piggy-back. There is no connection to the fighter cockpits; they must be boarded on the ground or the pilots need to wear spacesuits to board the fighters while in flight. Doing so is quite hazardous and is definitely not recommended while in hyperspace. The ship cannot carry cargo while the fighters are loaded and flying with one fighter in place unbalances the ship and gives a -1d penalty to maneuvers. Since the ship and fighters are assigned to a jedi station, they are all painted dark red, signifying they are consular ships.
The Defender is an old design, originally they carried a C2-N2 droid which served as a ship's steward. Most ships now carry either a C-3PO protocol droid or M-3PO logistics droid. The Lavisar Courier's M3-PO is Spots, and a R5 astromech nicknamed Bolt is also assigned to the ship.

An M3-M1 medical droid was assigned to the ship. With multiple droids aboard, extra charging stations were added to engineering plus one in sickbay and one in the passenger room set aside for XTR-MN8.
