Krado system has a small red dwarf star surrounded by two asteroid belts (Inner and Outer) and a small, cold gas giant (Krado Prime or just "Prime") with less than a dozen moons. The asteroid belts are the remains of two rocky planets destroyed by tidal effects between the star and the gas giant. While the system once supported a busy mining industry, diminishing finds and the opening of other systems to mining led to the system mostly being abandoned. Currently there is only a single, antiquated mobile refinery owned by a miners' collective and their fleet of mining boats operating in system.
Local Individuals
Sian Duhr- Refinery captain. Female Sullustan, age 59. Sian is the "captain" of the mobile refinery ship Sunshine and the head of the miners' collective.
Tonis Courte- Asteroid Miner, Human male, age 80+. Tonis is one of the oldest miners in the system and credits his long life to living in zero G for decades. Tall thin, with short grey hair in a mohawk and tattoos.
