Hologram Decoy

A covert ops device, made by an unknown company and used by government agents and assassins. The device projects a prerecorded hologram image up to 10 seconds long to be used as a decoy. The device is about the size of thick drink coaster. The basic version costs 10 credits and must have the image downloaded. There is a more sophisticated version (30 credits) that has a couple of small cameras for recording the image. Under average lighting conditions, it is a Hard (11) Alertness+Perception/Sight roll to detect, plus one step bonus in bright light, two steps in direct sunlight.
