Universal Fey- Can be found in either court or non-aligned. Fey versions of normal humanoids (goblins, etc,) will be one challenge rating higher due to increased intelligence, better armor, weapons, and hit points and possible magic use.
"Generic fey"- These are elf-like creatures that make up the bulk of fey "middle and upper class". Lower class may have satyr like horns, green or blue skin, green or white hair, etc. Noble fey can look completely elven or human, but have a touch of exotic appearance (eyes or ears, hair or skin color) and are generally extremely beautiful.

Neutral Fey- General animals and monsters. Some can be found with intelligence and tend to be non-aligned. "Neutral" is not so much alignment as in allegiance to the Summer or Winter courts. "Neutral" fey could be of any alignment. There is definitely a race of intelligent spiders who are evil and unaligned with the courts. There may also be fey equivalents of most mundane animals like deer, bears, lions, etc. Also called "Unaligned".
